Victory Field Ice Rink

The Victory Field Ice Rink was built to replace the old rink that was located in Central Park. The old rink was nothing more than water put down on the grass to freeze. It did not have boards or a proper warming house. The community saw a need for a new rink and began to apply for grants to help assist with the cost. Several businesses and individuals also donated money to help pay for any extra costs.

The new rink is located at Victory Field Park. It is regulation size, has lighting for night activities, and has permanent boards that remain all year long. Also, a new warming house was built to facilitate the number of people at the rink. It includes a bathroom, an equipment rental office with snacks, and a lounge. The ice rink is staffed by seasonal employees for the City of Blooming Prairie. Many are high school students who work after school. Come in and enjoy the fun!

Warming House Hours

4:00 PM - 8:30 PM Monday thru Friday
1:00 PM - 8:30 PM Saturday thru Sunday

NOTE
If school is closed due to weather, the ice rink will be closed as well.
